STEVE BEVERLY, PRESIDENT/CEO BROKER
Before starting his real estate firm, Steve spent over twenty years in Commercial Real Estate with PM Realty Group (PMRG) and Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS). As a Sr. Vice President at PMRG, he was responsible for the Eastern Region with properties from Washington D.C. to Miami, FL, and with TCS, he was tasked with developing the Property Management team for the Southeastern Region. During this time, his portfolio ranged from 3M to 9M square feet.
Over the course of his career, Steve has represented institutional clients such as Prudential, Met Life, Jupiter Realty, GE Capital, Merrill Lynch Hubbard, and the State Teachers Retirement Fund of Ohio.
Since 1993, Steve has been instrumental in successfully managing, leasing, and revitalizing The Macquarium Building (now known as 1800 Peachtree) in Midtown Atlanta. In 1997, Steve was the selling Broker of the building and, at the request of the new owners, agreed to stay and continue his position. It was during this time that he decided he had had enough of nonstop traveling and airports and began planning the start of his firm.
S.E. Beverly Real Estate Services, Inc. formerly Alpha Realty Group) was founded in 1998 to assist several personal clients in purchasing land and real estate outside of the metropolitan Atlanta market. Since then, the company has grown significantly and continues to represent clients in property management, leasing, and general brokerage.
Steve, along with his wife Jennifer, can still be found in Atlanta, at 1800 Peachtree.

JENNIFER BEVERLY, VICE PRESIDENT/COO
Jennifer joined the firm in 2006, where she enjoys balancing home and work life alongside her husband, Steve.
Her early career began in property management, where she worked in the hospitality and multifamily industries. From there, she moved into telecommunication sales and, after 10 years, realized her passion was in real estate.
Now, as a partner to both Steve and the company, Jennifer wears many hats. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations and company management assignments.
When not at the Atlanta office with Steve, Jennifer works from their home office in Jefferson with her support staff of three crazy Yorkies.
Jennifer has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Georgia since 2006 and is a current I-85 North Board of Realtors member.

DEBORAH LANGLEY SR. VICE PRESIDENT/ ASSOCIATE BROKER
Debbie is a lifelong resident of Jackson County, where she has spent her entire Real Estate career representing clients in Jackson, Hall, Gwinnett, Banks, and other surrounding counties.
She has a passion for people and serving her community, and it shows in the many activities and affiliations with which she is involved: Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, Women In Business, Jefferson Lions Club, Jefferson Area Business Association, I-85 North Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Realtor Political Action Committee, and Georgia Association of Realtors.
Understanding that knowledge is power, Debbie goes above and beyond to assist her clients. She is a Registered HUD Agent, Certified REO Specialist, Home Retention Specialist, and a Lifetime member of the I-85 North Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club with Honors.
